STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Strength, speed, and agility training are vital for volleyball success. Additionally, injury prevention is important to ensuring the longevity and success of each athlete’s career. Players have access to equipment, trainers, and a program unlike anything they’ve seen before, making them stronger mentally and physically.
TESTING & ANALYTICS
Players are tested and measured on athletic ability. We record player height, weight, vertical jump, agility, quickness and speed. This raw data is studied using Predictive Analytics™ to produce a complete athletic profile. Athletic profiles allow us to give each player the guidance to maximize their performance and athletic development.
Vertimax™ is the most effective vertical jump training system currently on the market. It maximizes both explosive leg power and swing velocity to increase vertical lift, which leads to superior vertical jump performance gains. Players participate in structured Vertimax™ training twice each week. Our players experience significant gains in explosiveness as a result of this training program.
Global Squad players have access to a state of art weight room and training facility. Players will be instructed on how to lift properly to avoid injury and will be given a specific program for volleyball players to maximize gains in strength, speed, agility, flexibility and stability.
Global Squad Volleyball will adopt the same training model that has worked wonders for our basketball players.
Training led by former national team players & NCAA athletes.

Players rotate between four skills stations each morning.
Players receive 30+ hours of intense training and are provided with the tools and knowledge to “take ownership” of their improvement.
